Customized product

Available polybag width: 50 to 200mm

Available polybag length: 50 to 3.000mm.

We have 25 types of plastic packaging with different sizes, colours and thicknesses. You can customize the polybags, displayng information such as barcodes, QR codes, logos and alphanumeric codes. All this translates into certain costs of the product.

We work with 10 vertical lines, each using up to 10 counting units, and one horizontal line. The counting units are equipped with photocells and precision weighing scales. All lines are equipped with a final weight check.

Digitization

In order to improve our service, we are digitizing the packaging process, using dedicated software. Starting from the initial order, we collect data relating to individual orders and make an accurate analysis of performance and quality, then create specific customer and product sheets. Each work center or production line will therefore be connected to a central server, within the company, which will collect production data and store them for several years in order to always be able to verify and exploit fundamental information or highlight the critical issues of the kit such as particular difficulties, delicacy of some products, as well as logistical information such as type of packaging, characteristics of labels, positioning of boxes on pallets, and so on. Finally, it will also be possible to have precise information regarding the best set-up used for equipping the machinery in relation to the particular order.

Recycled Packaging

We obtain 30% of our packaging materials from recycled sources, without compromising on qualtities such as strength, sealability, elasticity and transparency.

All of our polybags are marked with the necessary standard norms.

All our packaging material is 100% Recyclable.

Green 25% Bio Carbon Content (BCC)

Questi film mantengono tutte le caratteristiche tecniche e gli altri standard funzionali dei film tradizionali. Uno dei principali vantaggi ambientali del PE Verde, realizzato utilizzando monomeri da fonti rinnovabili e non da petrolio fossile, è l’elevato sequestro di CO2 derivante dalla combinazione di quanto assorbito dai vegetali durante la crescita e quanto emesso attraverso il processo produttivo.

In collaborazione ai nostri più fidati fornitori, è stato studiato e testato un nuovo film con polimeri di provenienza per il 25% da FONTI RINNOVABILI. Non si tratta ancora di un film biodegradabile, ma è un primo importantissimo passo verso la cognizione di un futuro che non ci garantisce la giacenza infinita di petrolio e verso un maggior rispetto dell'aria che respiriamo, dato che questa azione permette una riduzione del 64% di emissioni di CO2.
